Links
Please use CMYK or Grayscale color in the .EPS or .TIF file format only. Before sending a file use the PageMaker Links Manager to verify all links are present and updated.
Submit all linked files
Please link all graphic files, DO NOT "Store Copy In Publication". Be sure to submit all of the linked files with your order.
Color Selection
All colors being used in PageMaker (including default Red, Green & Blue) need to be set to CMYK Process Color Mode. To modify colors, use the Define Colors Option.
Caution: Common Errors using Text
DO NOT set fonts to bold or italic with the control palette or the Type Style menu. Instead, use the Font menu to select the appropriate font.
PageMaker 6.5
PageMaker version 6.5 includes a great utility to collect fonts and linked files. Go to Utilities menu , Plug-ins menu, Save For Service Provider menu. The utility will collect all the linked images and fonts needed to print a file.
PageMaker 6.0
If you are using PageMaker 6 be sure to collect all fonts and links in your file and include them with your file submission.FONTS folder
As with all orders you must provide a folder named FONTS. Place all the fonts used to create a file into the FONTS folder. Do not nest other folders within the FONTS folder. |
