Well we've done it again here at NoNEG PRESS, (nonegpress.com) and now HotGloss™. We've gone and upgraded our equipment, products, and services once more, and because of these sweeping improvements, we felt it was time to change our name as well. Why? Because since 1994, NoNEG referred to the way we worked; printing directly from computer files using NO film NEGatives, a process that we haven't changed in almost 10 years of business. Back then it was considered extraordinary and extremely high-tech to print four color process directly from computer files. My, how quickly times change. Today, actually requiring film negatives for your full-color printing job is ancient history and only buggy-whip minded printers are still holding on to that old and slow film-based workflow. Since many people who are new to print buying don't even know what a film negative is (and we don't blame you), we figured it was time to change our name to something a little more representative of the state of the technology and our capabilities. And so, we are proud to present to you, HotGloss™ Printing.

What is the HotGloss™ process and why is out of the ordinary? Well, today most regular printers run their UV in-line. Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks are printed and then immediately coated with UV gloss. Itís fast, cheap, and easy.
