Sales
We require full payment, including shipping immediately upon receipt of an order. No work can proceed until full payment is received. All Sales are final. No refund is possible once a job is sent to press. Because many jobs are sent to press the day received, it may not be possible to cancel a job, even on the day it was ordered. If work has not started on a job and it is cancelled, a fifteen-dollar administrative fee will be charged.
File Creation Guides
Files not conforming to our File Creation Guidelines will be considered On-Hold. For Jobs On-Hold turnaround will begin anew when we receive updated artwork that conforms to our File Creation Guidelines.
Color Mode
Files received in the RGB color mode will be converted to CMYK. However, RGB to CMYK color conversion will result in a color shift.
Satisfaction Guarantee
HOTGLOSS Printing, as a promotional incentive, offers a satisfaction guarantee on the first set of (1000) one-thousand business cards ordered by customer. Satisfaction guarantee applies only to the first set of (1000) business cards ordered by customer. If for any reason customer is dissatisfied with the first set of (1000) one-thousand business cards the purchase price, less actual shipping charges will be refunded upon return F.O.B. of complete set of (1000) one-thousand business cards.
Turnaround
HOTGLOSS PRINTING starts counting the turnaround time when your order is ready for printing. If you order a proof, turnaround time begins when we receive your approval to print. Turnaround time will not include delivery. Shipping turnaround time will be determined by the shipping method you select. For Jobs that are submitted incomplete, missing fonts or missing placed images etc., turnaround will begin when we have everything necessary to print; not from the initial order date.
Printing turnaround time for orders accepted by HOTGLOSS PRINTING is guaranteed. The resolution for failing to meet a deadline is limited to a refund of any rush charge or a complimentary rush on your next order.Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted when determining turnaround.
Delivery Services, FedEX, DHL, etc.
HOTGLOSS PRINTING assumes no liability for delays and or damage caused by any delivery service. HOTGLOSS PRINTING assumes no liability for damages resulting from the failure of a customer to receive a job on time. Delivery service date estimates given by HOTGLOSS PRINTING are not guaranteed.
GROUND DELIVERY TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES WILL TAKE UP TO SIX DAYS OR MORE. IF YOU HAVE A TIGHT SCHEDULE USE 2 DAY OR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY.
TURNAROUND OPTIONS
Standard Service
Standard Service generally ships in 7 days or better after proofs, if any, are approved. Ship dates for Standard Service are approximate. If your schedule is critical, please request a quote for Rush or ASAP service.
The expected shipping date of a project is determined by nonegpress.com upon receiving printable computer files, fonts, information, etc., required to begin a print run. At that point, nonegpress.com will determine an expected shipping date. Your order will ship on or about this date. A variation plus or minus a several days is normal for Standard Service. If the ship date is critical, Rush Service and ASAP Service is available. Written price quotes are required for Rush and ASAP Service.
RUSH Service, call for quote
Rush Service orders will be processed before Standard Service orders and in a first come first serve queue with other Rush Service orders. The expected ship date is still approximate, but Rush Service orders generally ship in 3-5 workdays, depending on the current production schedule. No “exact” ship date will be quoted for Rush Service.
ASAP Service, call for quote
ASAP Service orders have TOP PRIORITY. ASAP orders will ship on or before the date quoted, provided printable computer files are supplied when expected and any proofs are approved when expected.
Proofing Options: NetProof
A computer art file is RIPed into a screen resolution pixel image to produce a NetProof. The screen resolution pixel image is then emailed to the client for review. Because NetProof is viewed on a computer monitor and HOTGLOSS Printing has no control of the accuracy of a client’s computer monitor's color, a NetProof cannot be used for color matching. NetProofs are useful for checking copy and to verify that placed images, fonts and or objects are present in the RIPed file. A Netproof is not a contract proof. Because NetProofs are low-resolution it is difficult to assess the exact placement of an object or judge the exact thickness of a line's stroke or the weight and thickness of a particular font. There will be visible differences between a high-resolution print job and a NetProof. If you require a highly accurate proof order an Epson 4000 Inkjet Digital Proof.
If you order a proof, turnaround time begins when we receive your approval to print. Tight turnaround and or a specific "ready no later than" deadline requires RUSH service. Of course, RUSH service availability is subject to our current schedule.

Envelope Conversion
Full color envelopes take seven to ten days; inside tinting on envelopes adds an additional seven to ten days.
Mailing Services
Please allow 2-3 additional business days for your mailing.
HOTGLOSS requires postage to be paid via client check with the client's check made out to POSTMASTER.
In any situation that postage is paid by a clients credit card, a five percent (5%)
surcharge will be added to the actual postage. Postage paid to the POSTMASTER is not refundable for any reason. |
